Participation in events is at your own risk. You acknowledge that networking events may involve interactions with other participants, and we are not responsible for the conduct, actions, or behavior of other attendees.

 

EVENT LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND WAIVER
By registering for, attending, or participating in any event, experience, or activity organized, hosted, or facilitated by The Network, you acknowledge and agree that participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. You understand that such events may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, accidents, delays, or unforeseen circumstances arising from interactions with other participants, venues, third-party providers, or environmental conditions.

You expressly assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of your participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and discharge The Network, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and event hosts from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in any event or use of our services.

This waiver applies to all claims, whether arising from negligence or otherwise, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. You acknowledge that The Network does not control and is not responsible for the actions, behavior, or conduct of other participants, third-party vendors, venues, or service providers involved in any event.

You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Network and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your participation in events, your conduct, or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

In the event that an activity involves higher-risk elements, including but not limited to transportation services, adventure experiences, or third-party-operated services (such as helicopter rides, water activities, or private transport), you acknowledge that additional risks may be present and agree that The Network acts solely as an intermediary or facilitator. In such cases, responsibility lies with the third-party provider, and you may be required to agree to separate terms and waivers directly with those providers.

You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in any event you choose to attend and that you will comply with all safety instructions, rules, and guidelines provided by The Network, event staff, or third-party operators. We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any individual from an event if we believe their participation poses a risk to themselves or others.

 

BRAND PARTNERSHIPS AND THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS 
The Network may collaborate with third-party partners, including but not limited to venues, service providers, experience operators, sponsors, and brands, in order to deliver events, experiences, and services. While we carefully select our partners, you acknowledge and agree that such third parties operate independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of The Network.

 

We do not control and are not responsible for the performance, quality, safety, legality, or delivery of services provided by third-party partners. Any issues, damages, delays, or disputes arising from services provided by a partner must be addressed directly with that partner, unless otherwise required by applicable law. The Network shall not be held liable for any acts, omissions, or failures of third-party providers.

 

Where The Network acts as an intermediary or facilitator, our role is limited to connecting users with partners or arranging access to services. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or outcome of any partner-provided experience. Any representations made by partners are their own and do not constitute warranties or guarantees by The Network.

 

Partners may have their own terms, conditions, and liability waivers, which you may be required to accept prior to participating in certain services or experiences. You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms when engaging with such services.

 

BRAND USE AND REPUTATION PROTECTION 
All brand names, logos, trademarks, and content associated with The Network are the exclusive property of The Network or are used under license. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or exploit our brand, name, logo, or materials for commercial or public purposes without our prior written consent.

 

You agree not to engage in any conduct that may harm, damage, or negatively impact the reputation, image, or goodwill of The Network or its partners. This includes, but is not limited to, making false statements, misrepresentations, or unauthorised promotions involving our brand or affiliated partners.

 

PARTNER CONTENT AND PROMOTIONS 
From time to time, The Network may feature or promote partner brands, services, or experiences through its platform, events, or communications. Such promotions are provided for informational or experiential purposes only and do not constitute endorsements, guarantees, or warranties unless explicitly stated.

 

We reserve the right to modify, remove, or discontinue any partnership, promotion, or collaboration at any time without prior notice.

 

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Where applicable, certain services or events may require payment. By making a payment, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to process the transaction. All fees are stated clearly at the point of purchase.

 

Unless otherwise specified, payments are non-refundable. However, we may, at our discretion, offer refunds, credits, or transfers in specific circumstances, such as event cancellations initiated by us.

 

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND NO SHOW POLICY
Due to the curated and limited nature of The Network’s events and experiences, all bookings are considered final once confirmed, unless otherwise stated. By reserving a spot at any event or experience, you agree to the following cancellation and attendance terms.

 

If you are unable to attend an event, you must notify us in advance. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event time may, at our sole discretion, be eligible for a credit, transfer to another event, or partial refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may result in the forfeiture of the full amount paid.

Failure to attend an event without prior notice (a “no-show”) will result in a full loss of payment and may impact your eligibility for future events within The Network. We reserve the right to restrict or deny access to users who repeatedly cancel late or fail to attend scheduled events.

​

Rescheduling requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and approval. Where permitted, rescheduling may only be offered if sufficient notice is provided and may be limited to one-time changes per booking.

​

In cases where events involve third-party providers, stricter cancellation policies may apply in accordance with the partner’s terms. In such situations, those terms will take precedence, and refunds or changes may not be possible once a booking is confirmed.

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by The Network due to unforeseen circumstances, operational reasons, or factors beyond our control, we may offer a refund, credit, or alternative arrangement at our discretion.

By completing a booking, you acknowledge and accept that your reservation represents a commitment, and that late cancellations or no-shows directly impact the experience and other participants.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including text, branding, logos, graphics, and design, is owned by or licensed to The Network and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

 

USER CONDUCT
By using our services, you agree to behave respectfully and professionally. You must not engage in harassment, discrimination, illegal activity, or any conduct that may harm other users or the integrity of our community. We reserve the right to remove or ban individuals who fail to meet these standards.

 

THIRD PARTY SERVICES
Our website and services may include links to third-party platforms, partners, or service providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Any interaction with third-party services is at your own risk.
